Engineers of MJTB were leading the design for planning, preliminary, conceptual and detailed design of the Papua New Guinea Region Industrial Center. The Industrial Centre Project was consisted of one administration building, three staff houses, one commercial building, thirty two units for the factory building; forty eight units consisted eight blocks for the nursery buildings, twenty five tenant houses, fourteen waste bin blocks, fourteen blocks and a guard house. The design was carried out using British Standards as requested by client.
Second Bridge of Kuala Selangor
Selangor, Malaysia
Engineers of MJTB lead the team for planning and preliminary and conceptual design for a cable stayed bridge with a major span of 250m. Approaches consisted of prestressed girders of 40m spans and cast-in-situ piers and abutments.

MJTB Engineers prepared detailed design drawings for steel trusses and arched roofing of many buildings in the new Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

MJTB Engineers designed many elevated and underground water tanks. The photos shown below are of the Elevated Concrete Water Tank of Bukit Meru in Jelapang Perak, Malaysia, designed by MJTB Engineers. Many constructability and buildability issues were solved during construction.
Upgrading The Kuala Kangsar-Gerik Highway

MJTB Engineers prepared conceptual drawings and provided detailed design for five road bridges, four pedestrian bridges and an elevated interchange. Head of the structural department in the consultant company responsible for this turn-key-job contract. The design includes abutments, piers, retaining walls, shallow foundations, deep foundations, and footings, in addition to the prestressed girders.
